Prepare your mat, organize a quiet place, and possibly bring your accessories (block / strap / cushions...), and enjoy a yoga session in the comfort of your own Shala... Please indicate in your request the duration, the style of Yoga, and any particular desire. 

Terms

• Included: a private lesson at your home, at my home or online if meetings are not possible.

• Loan of equipment (mats & accessories).

• Price: from €60 - add €15 per additional person. Mileage charges may apply.
