Live Yoga Classes

Prepare your mat, organize a quiet place, and possibly bring your accessories (block / strap / cushions ...), and enjoy a yoga session in the comfort of your own Shala ...

Modalities: 

• Log in a few minutes before the start of the course directly via the Zoom link that you will receive by email to follow the session live. 
• The course payment is made via this PayPalMe * link.
• The lessons are available in replay for 24 hours, so that all of you can practice when it is possible for you. 

Warning ! Please note that once you have registered, you can request cancellation of participation BEFORE the course. Without cancellation on your part, I would be forced to deduct a session for you.
